Cardio. You can see that I tracked a mile above. Just started using the Nike Running app. The rest of my workout was on an elliptical so I didn’t record it.

  • Well-being: 50 min

Cleaning, cooking dinner.

  • Work: 180 min

Video editing + reading

Total: 260 min

No socializing today and it was great. I need a break some days.
