Day 33: Day 2 of Pilates Challenge

Exercise: 50 min
A cardio kickbox workout that I’ve done before (added 3lb weights for half of it to make it more challenging) + second day of Pilates beginner challenge. I was shouting at the second video for the challenge because it was so hard to play the “ABC” challenge while controlling the movement.

Work: 210 min
Grading, preparing lesson, making sure I’m keeping track of all assignments due.

Total: 260 min
