Cleaned apartment well. Feel like a decent human being again, not a lazy slob. Do all women in their twenties who are trying to achieve a lot in their careers and social life struggle to keep a clean house?
Exercise: 35 min
Circuit training. Feel less like a wobbling hippopotamus.
Work: 150 min
Graded participation & read several chapters in major texts about trauma theory for my exams.
